Energy supplier npower has been nominated for three different awards for its work with small to medium sized businesses (SMEs).
They are the Treating Customers Fairly Award – part of the Credit Today Utilities & Telecoms Awards, the Most Effective Training Programme (in partnership with Blue Sky Performance improvement), part of the CCA Excellence Awards, and SME Supplier of the Year Award in the small to medium sized enterprise – part of the Energy Awards. npower, nominated, award, SME
The Treating Customers Fairly Award is to demonstrate that the nominated business is delivering fair outcomes to consumers and that senior management are taking responsibility for ensuring that employees at all levels deliver the consumer outcomes relevant to their business through establishing an appropriate culture.
The Most Effective Training Programme award is designed to recognise achievements of individuals and organisations committed to delivering outstanding customer service through effective training.
Meanwhile, the SME Supplier of the Year award aims to reward the achievements of companies in cutting emissions and leading the way through innovative energy use.

The winner of the Treating Customers Fairly Award will be announced on 18 September, the winner of the Most Effective Training Programme will be announced on 26 November, and the SME Supplier of the Year Award will be announced on 4 December.
