Atlantis Resources is striving to become the world’s leading developer of commercial scale tidal power projects and the technologies required to economically deliver tidal current power to the grid for sale and dispatch. Due to an ambitious vision Atlantis is now seeking to appoint a Head of HR to develop its core asset – its people.
Atlantis owns patented technologies covering power generation, turbine deployment and turbine operation and control. The combination of its technology and track record in successful project origination and development, has created what it believes to be a uniquely commercial force in the marine power industry, able to develop and manage commercial-scale, marine power renewable energy projects globally.
Reporting to the CFO, you will play an integral role in driving the People Strategy. With an exciting mix of business partnering, change management, leadership/talent management and operational HR you will deliver an HR agenda which will improve the business and people processes.
You will be a commercially, results focused, generalist with a proven track record of delivering effective HR solutions at both operational and strategic level within a variety of sectors. You will be a demonstrated strategic and tactical thinker, but also capable of operational implementation with the gravitas to challenge and continuously improve methods and approaches. You will be experienced in articulating communications strategy and managing payroll.
As a first class, persuasive communicator with strong influencing skills, you will have the credibility to challenge thinking and simplify complexity. Graduate calibre, ideally MCIPD, you will have the ability to know what it takes to make a positive impact and difference within a commercial environment. This role will require travel when required.
