Gillespie Macandrew legal firm is newest member to join the Scottish Energy Association

Leading Scottish law firm, Gillespie Macandrew LLP is the latest organisation to join Scottish Energy Association.

Providing specialist legal, property and tax advice and services, the firm works alongside a wide range of clients, also supporting charities and businesses in their everyday operations and future planning.

Gillespie Macandrew is recognised for its work in various sectors, including the energy industry.

The law firm has offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth, and represents developers, utilities, landowners, funders and communities in major energy and land projects across the UK.

In its work with the energy sector, Gillespie Macandrew advises on all aspects of energy generation supply to infrastructure, including carbon capture, offshore renewables, hydro-electric, biomass, AD and the carbon economy. The firm’s expertise includes advising on land/property issues, planning, environmental impacts, funding, construction, corporate structures, tax implications and project disputes and remedies.
