HTL joins the Energy Industries Council

Energy Industries CouncilHTL – which is predominantly involved in the sale, rental, service and training of controlled bolting and high pressure hydraulic engineered solutions to the oil and gas sector – has joined the Energy Industries Council, the leading trade association for UK-registered companies that supply capital goods and services to the energy industries worldwide.

The EIC – which has a membership base of more than 600 companies working in the global energy industries – aims to support its members in marketing and selling their energy products and services in the UK and overseas.

Stephen Jones, Chief Executive, HTL Group – which operates from bases in Aberdeen and Northumberland – commented: “We look forward to becoming active members of the EIC as we seek to offer our 100% British made, torque and tension tooling, flange working and bespoke hydraulic equipment requirements to the energies industries worldwide.

“We believe that the EIC’s wealth of industry experience overseas and their comprehensive tracking of new business opportunities will be extremely valuable in helping us to increase our market share in what is an increasingly challenging marketplace.”
