An independent Infrastructure Commission that will advise on a 30-year strategy for the Scottish Government on national infrastructure priorities has appointed its final members.
The group, chaired by Ian Russell CBE, will provide independent, informed advice on the vision, ambition and priorities for infrastructure in Scotland.
Cabinet Secretary for Infrastructure Michael Matheson said: “It has a key role in advising Scottish Ministers on strategic investments to boost inclusive economic growth, improve services and support delivery of Scotland’s low-carbon objectives.”
