Peter Cameron joined CEPMLP in 1997 as Professor of International Energy Law and Policy, after 11 years at the University of Leiden in The Netherlands, where he was Director of the Internationaal Institut voor Energierecht.
In 2002 he became Professor at the Robert Schuman Centre in the European University Institute in Florence, Italy, where he organised a series of annual EU energy law seminars for 6 years.
In August 2015 Peter became Director of CEPMLP within the new School of Social Sciences at the University. He has held visiting professorial appointments at the Universities of Madrid (Autonoma), MGIMO (Moscow) and Singapore (NUS).
