Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc in Dundee hosted a flagship event on 20 February that brought together innovators in the energy storage industry.
The event was opened by Minister for Trade, Investment and Innovation Ivan McKee. It included speakers from:
- Arcola Energy, which shared the experience of developing hydrogen fuel cell powertrains for heavy vehicles.
- AMTE Energy, which discussed development and manufacture of batteries.
- Arcola Energy, which shared the experience of developing hydrogen fuel cell powertrains for heavy vehicles.
- University of St Andrews, which shared information about how to support innovation in the energy storage supply chain.
- The Faraday Institution, which discussed innovation funding available for R&D, manufacture and production of new electrical storage technologies.
- Talgo, which shared insights into development of hydrogen trains.
