Dundee-based Pryme Group – which provides engineering services and equipment to the N. Sea oil and gas industry – has appointed a new managing director at a recently-acquired subsidiary.
Findlay Beveridge, the former sales and commercial director, has been promoted to the MD’s post at Hydratron, which supplies high pressure and flow control equipment to the oil and gas industry.
The Pryme Group – which acquired Altrincham-based Hydraton in June this year – aims to help Hydratron in entering new sectors, such as aerospace and defence, as well as new segments of the oil and gas industry.
Hydraton, which employs 29 people, recorded turnover of £3.9 million for its September 2017 year-end and is targeting growth of up to 20% over the next 12 months.
