Scottish Green Party launches a new roadmap to tackle the climate emergency

The Scottish Green Party has launched a campaign to drive the transition towards a low-carbon economy.

Announced on 29 August, the Scottish Green New Deal showcases a roadmap of policies, incentives and investment that aims to address the impact of climate change which will transform all sectors of the Scottish economy.

“Creating a Green New Deal that develops a flourishing climate-neutral economy is a crucial step in our efforts to tackle the climate crisis. With the right action we can create new jobs, and a healthier, fairer and more prosperous Scotland for us all,” added WWF Scotland Director Lang Banks. No link
