The Scottish government published the Home Energy Efficiency Programmes for Scotland (HEEPS): delivery report 2017-2018 on 14 May, showing that 27,734 energy efficiency measures were installed across its HEEPS programmes – an increase on 2016-17’s 24,000.
The government reported that over 15,500 households were assisted in 2017-18 through the HEEPS programmes. Also, annual carbon savings of 17,200 tonnes and fuel bill savings of over £4.6mn were achieved.
