Wood Group Intetech has appointed Ogo Ikenwilo to the post of Regional Well Integrity Manager, North Sea.
Ms Ikenwilo will manage the company’s substantial North Sea client base, while identifying opportunities to increase its regional market share.
Based in Aberdeen, she will be responsible for increasing the penetration of WG Intetech’s signature software solutions, iWIT® and ECE®, as well as promoting the company’s latest offering, iQRA.
Ms Ikenwilo brings extensive experience to the role, having spent six years with Shell as a well integrity focal point, before moving to Talisman to work as a well integrity engineer.
Dr Liane Smith, Founder and Managing Director of Wood Group Intetech, commented: “It’s fantastic to have Ogo on board. Her in-depth sector knowledge and impressive operator experience make her a valuable addition to the team, and we believe she will be instrumental in delivering our new and established solutions to a market she knows inside out.”
Ms Ikenwilo is WG Intetech’s third senior hire this quarter as the company’s strategy to drive growth by strengthening its global management team continues apace.
As well as serving companies in the oil and gas industry, Intetech also operates in other sectors, including power generation, carbon capture and storage, nuclear, civil engineering and process industries. Last year, Intetech was acquired by Wood Group and is now known as Wood Group Intetech.
