A reservoir engineering consultancy has moved to new offices in Aberdeen’s West End to accommodate the continued growth of the business across the globe.

Oilgen, which specialises in high-tech reservoir modelling to forecast and improve oil and gas production, has moved to new offices in Rubislaw Terrace.

The specialist consultancy, which was launched in 2011, recently opened an additional office in Houston, and is currently working on projects in the North Sea, France, Egypt, West Africa, Iraq, and Holland for top names in the oil and gas industry.

In 2013, the company, which designs 3D reservoir models to rejuvenate oil fields and optimise further development, appointed reservoir engineer, Ismail Labed, and geologist, Dr Lisa Casteleyn, to strengthen its specialist services.
