Scottish Energy Association launches national debate and conference on Scotland’s new energy strategy


The Scottish Energy Association’s 10th annual conference will be based around the opportunities for the industry as a result of the forthcoming Scottish Government Energy Strategy Document.

The Scottish Energy Strategy draft is due to be published for consultation by the Scottish Energy Minister Paul Wheelhouse in January 2017.

sea-logoHector Grant, Chief Executive, Scottish Energy Association, said: “We wish to hear from members with their suggestions on suitable presentations either from themselves or what they would like to hear from other organisations.

“We intend to gather member’s views of the Scottish Energy Strategy Document throughout our Energy Scotland Conference and feed this back as part of the consultation process to the Scottish Government.”
