The Power Industry and the Impact of the Scottish Referendum

Scotland is about to vote on what is probably the most important decision in its history.

The outcome whether for independence or not will result in significant changes to all walks of life.

Chaired by Jeremy Peat OBE, this morning event with lunch will be opened by Tom Greatrex MP, Shadow Energy Minister.

This will be followed by two sessions, the first will have four ten minute presentations on possible regulatory and legislative changes and to follow up these, the four presenters will form an expert panel to answer questions from delegates and debate the issues raised. A coffee break will be followed by the second session which will concentrate on the generation and grid side again with four presenters following the same format as the first session.
